General Plan Adoption

On Tuesday, December 5, 2023, the City Council voted 4-1 to adopt the General Plan 2045. A four-and-a-half-year process, the General Plan will continue to guide the City into the future in a way that reflects the extensive community feedback gathered in the process. Below are the documents that will be submitted to the state for final approval.
